If you are creating a new proposal, please register with your email address and a password. If you are returning to your proposal, you may log in and continue.
When you submit this online form, an email will automatically be sent to your Department Chair, so that he/she may view your proposal and let the Selection Committee know of his/her approval. We encourage you to let your chair know when you are planning to submit the proposal so he/she can look for the email with instructions for completing the sign off online.
